A magnet designed to resemble a Columbus cultural icon. A website designed in Canva allowed for increased engagement from those who scan the rear facing QR code.

Realtor Event Cards

One of our Realtor partners required an event handout at her annual meetups. We designed the handout as a card that could be delivered to her fellow attendees, and updated this card regularly for her continued use.

Social Content for Agent Partners

In addition to regularly scheduled, measured campaigns, I led content creation for partner social content that related to newly listed or sold properties. While managing print projects and campaigns at Heart of Gold, I worked hand in hand with clients and print offices across central Ohio with tight deadlines for project completion.

The high pressure environment made clear the importance of building a systematic design and printing process which resulted in quality assets whenever they were requested.

Demographic Analysis

Utilizing a property analytics tool, Propstream, I helped realtors target communities and areas of Ohio that would be most responsive to their respective campaign or mailer. We also assisted realtors in analyzing campaign results through services like Bitly which tracked dynamic QR scans to show realtors what content and demographics received the most activity, helping them improve their messaging over time.

A library of functional templates, with exact design specifications. Partner with a nearby or online printer to setup automatic ordering. Ensure new order data is sent in the most efficient way.

While managing and coordinating print marketing services at Heart of Gold, I worked closely with each client account to ensure brand requirements were clearly communicated and respected during the course of their campaign. 

 

Often times, real estate agents would require assistance in simplifying their message or improving the clarity of their visual brand in print marketing campaigns. I also advised
realtors on best practices for regulatory adherence, copyright law and managing a simple yet functional marketing funnel.
