While directing other marketing initiatives and campaigns, I was thrilled to plan and outline the next iteration of Heart of Gold Title’s website.
Utilizing modified assets from Envato Elements as well as original imagery. Responsibilities included initial brand exploration meetings, website design, copy writing, and content creation.

Market research, competitor analysis and internal focus groups provided early direction for website modifications. Website architecture was analyzed to outline a more user friendly design.
The team also analyzed both the design and content existing on competitor sites, focusing our new digital home on the aspects of the brand that were unique to Heart of Gold Title.
Redesign began with simple brand exploration exercises with the purpose of visualizing a style which reflects Heart of Gold’s evolving brand and attracts new business in demographics deemed vital to the overall marketing strategy.
Rapid Planning
By quickly outlining three disparate home page styles, leadership could approve a creative vision that aligned with their staff’s culture and values from the beginning.

The selected test page was expanded using the same page structure, styling elements and typography. After initial wire frames, we planned to express Heart of Gold’s unique brand through simple visual touches while focusing on a simple user experience that guided busy realtors and lenders exactly where they wanted to be.
